The CHB7M800CD Chamfer FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore size of 0.276" (7mm) and chamfers between 0.016" and 0.030". This tool features 2.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 800 Mesh grit Diamond (CD) and are excellent for Carbide, ceramic, hardened tool steel and heat treated steel. 800 Mesh grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 - 20 Microinch (.3 - .6 Micrometer).
