The CHC8M400 Chamfer FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore size of 0.315" (8mm) and chamfers between 0.031" and 0.050". This tool features 2.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 400 grit Silicon Carbide (SC) and are excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. 400 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 - 20 Microinch (.3 - .6 Micrometer).
