The CHB55M170200CCBN Chamfer FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore size of 0.217" (5.5mm) and chamfers between 0.016" and 0.030". This tool features 1.50" of abrasive globules which are composed of 170/200 Mesh grit Cubic Boron Nitride (CCBN) and are excellent for High nickel alloy steels. 170/200 Mesh grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
