MPI Electromagnet Longitudinal Fine Pole Surface Grinding Chuck (EMLP) is intended for clamping of one or more ferromagnetic workpieces on surface grinding machines during dry or wet (coolant) grinding. This chuck is extremely versatile for both grinding and EDM operations. Its variable holding power allows you to hold the workpiece accurately, so that there is just enough force to hold the workpiece in place. The magnetic surface pattern allows for simple and inexpensive tooling designs to hold different shaped workpieces. Features: Firmly embedded coils, Waterproof design, Suitable for sinker EDM applications, Magnetic field does not affect EDM operation, Fine Parallel pole divisions, One (1) year warranty for the magnetic system. Manufactured in Europe to the highest quality standards.
