The GBD912120BC Woodcore FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 9.001" and 9.500". Featuring 8.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 120 grit Boron Carbide (BC). Excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 120 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 35 - 50 Microinch (.9 - 1.4 Micrometer). Requires mfg part# SHAFT3. Hex drive shaft, sold separately.
