PFERD Standard Twist Knot Wire Wheel Brush 4-1/2" Dia. .020 Carbon Steel X-LOCK
Aggressive brush. Designed for heavy-duty brushing in metalwork such as descaling, derusting, deburring, cleaning of weld seams, removal of adhesive residues and spatter. With the BOSCH X-LOCK system for angle grinders, you can change discs quickly and comfortably. Instead of a round centre hole, the X-LOCK system features an X-shaped contour, which allows the disc to be fixed on the angle grinder in a form-fitting manner. This guarantees that different discs can be mounted securely and comfortably in the shortest possible time. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire as the filament material are ideal for work on surfaces and deburring. PFERD special wire has high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. This ensures that the wire wears down in the optimal way, as well as a long tool life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire is temperature-resistant up to 600°F.
